Memories of Couples Meeting by Rach

Anyway, here's one of my memories of David and I when we were dating. David and I met for the first time on a group date that Laurie, Chloe (our other roomie) and I had set up. David, sadly, was not set up with me, but with a friend of mine, also named Rachel. When David showed up at our apartment, I was the one who opened the door, and when he told me who he was I remember thinking, "Wow, this is Laurie's brother! She's been holding out on me!!" From what David has told me, he thought something similar about me when he met me. It wasn't long after that that David called Laurie for my number. I told Laurie he had to ask me, so she handed the phone to me so I could give him my number. As soon as he got it he said, "Ok I'll talk to you in a minute". He hung up, and not 60 seconds later called me on my phone, and we proceeded to set up our first date, which was at Comedy Sportz with dessert at Pudding on the Rice. It was the beginning of what turned out to be a match meant to be....(sigh from the girls).
